EBCSTUDIO is a bespoke, made to order label, offering our customers the benefit of receiving advice during the order process in order to make sure your items are perfect and created just for you, with this in mind please Take note of our policies on Delivery & Returns below, once an order has been made you have agreed to all of the below;
ALL of our clothing are made using the highest quality fabrics, sourced here in the UK. Hand Wash ONLY using cold water. Do not use detergent, do not scrub and do not soak and do not tumble dry.
DELIVERY -
We aim for your order to be dispatched within 3 weeks of your order being processed (working days) with 1-5 days delivery there after. please allow Max 5- 6 weeks for outside UK .
All orders placed on non working days (Saturday -Sunday & public bank holidays) will processed on the following working day.
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for service OR Evri , RM service requires a signature on delivery. Please allow 1-5 days for this service to deliver your items. By shopping with EBCSTUDIO, you accept that Royal Mail is sufficient evidence your item has/will be delivered.
All of the above is a guideline and during busy periods turnaround times can alter - please email us if you have any queries regarding this.
Please note delayed postage services is is out of control. Refunds / exchanges can’t not be accepted on items which are delayed where proof of postage and tracking has been provided.
Non-UK, R.O.I and international orders🌎
Due to Brexit, customs/import charges may apply with UPS. It is the buyers responsibility to pay fees.
EBCSWIM has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
International delivery Inc Ireland:
4 week approx turnaround from order date to delivery. Royal Mail Airmail/ UPS are fully tracked service.. From the date of your order dispatch - please allow upto 14 working days for the delivery of your item internationally. This is a approx guideline. Allow 6 weeks from ordering to delivery.

Returns -
All items are made to order/ intimates, therefore due to this nature we offer a no returns or refunds . We do however offer free alteration service, or where not possible, we can offer exchange on items for a different size, this will need to be communicated within 5 days of receipt of your order, after this period there will be fee for such. We stress the importance of this policy & once an order is placed it can not be cancelled.
Please be mindful when choosing fabrics & colors when ordering, as wrong choices can not be exchanged/returned.
This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
Of course, if the item is faulty, and has been reported to us within 5 working days, via email: ebcstudiouk@gmail.com. A repair / replacement will be made free of charge. Any loss or damage to the product will be held accountable by yourself; the customer. Please be aware all postage costs are NON- refundable. The cost of postage of returns is at the customers (your) expense.
All other queries/issues regarding an order must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of the item.
When returning goods to EBCSWIM, Recorded delivery is advisable with proof of postage being provided to us. We will not be held accountable if a return product does not reach us.
